Four. Work requirements

1, unpublished

Fashion painting works shall not involve intellectual property rights or other legal disputes.

2, works

Unique, ingenious conception, skillful technique, novel design and hand-painted.

3. The size of the entries is 27cm * 40cm.

4, entries must be uniformly mounted on 200~300g black cardboard, and the size of black cardboard is 38cm * 52cm.

2. The number of contributors per participant is unlimited, and the author of each work is restricted to 1 people.

5, the winners go to Beijing to participate in the awarding activities, and the pportation expenses are taken care of themselves. In Beijing, the accommodation fee (2 days) is borne by the sponsor.
