Shenyang Makes Compulsory Uniform For Taxis.

On the afternoon of July 15th, the administrative enforcement team of the Shenyang Traffic Bureau conducted a large-scale inspection of the taxi's appearance, especially the uniform clothing and renewal cushion set in the location where the public travel was concentrated in Shengjing Hospital and Liaoning industrial exhibition hall.

On the same day, the reporters interviewed on the spot found that some taxi drivers still used various reasons as a pretext for violating the regulations. Only at one point in Shengjing Hospital, the law enforcement officers inspected 200 taxis within an hour, and 15 of them were not up to standard.

At the beginning of July, the city traffic bureau had turned the taxi uniform clothing from the past advocacy into a mandatory industry standard, requiring the taxi drivers in the city to wear white shirts with sleeves, and the taxi enterprises could solve them on their own.

On the same day, 15 hours, law enforcement officers signalled a taxi driver of Shenyang free taxi company, whose license plate number was Liao AEL793, was inspected. The driver was wearing a black shirt. The law enforcement officer said he would not pay a fine of 50 yuan and deduct 1 points in accordance with the relevant regulations in his white shirt.

Some small taxi companies say that this kind of standardized service is only a "whole scene", which will fade over a period of time.

In actual operation, some drivers said that because of the hot weather, many drivers felt wearing a collar shirt and had a "refusal to wear" mentality.

In the interview with reporters, taxi drivers have different opinions on uniform clothing, and taxi companies also have difficulties to hide.

A taxi company official, who asked not to be named, said that as a brand enterprise, the company has been demonstrating clothing styles and improving clothing standards, but this practice has not played a significant role in promoting the whole industry.

Some small businesses only plan to complete their tasks, but do not consider the styles and materials of the garments at all.

It is understood that at present, there are far more than 150 taxi enterprises in Shenyang, and more than one or two small taxi companies and more than 2000 large companies compete with one another.

Some enterprises rely mainly on vehicles, and enterprises have little binding force on drivers.

Small and scattered business models and large and modern management have been playing games. Industry management departments want to implement some of the most basic measures, it is difficult to achieve ideal state.
