Dyeing Technology Of Cotton Germ Cloth

There are two main methods of textile coloring, one is the most widely used.

dyeing

(conventional dyeing) is mainly used to treat textiles in chemical dye solutions. The other method is to use paints to make paints made of tiny insoluble colored particles and to adhere to fabrics (raw material dyeing of fibrous raw materials is not listed here).


Textile dyeing can be carried out at any stage and be dyed at different stages such as fiber, yarn, fabric and garment.


1. Loose fiber dyeing - dyeing of fibers or loose fibers before spinning, loading large dye vats and dyeing at suitable temperatures.

Colored spun yarns are mostly dyed by bulk fiber (also with different dyes and single dyes). They are often used in woollen fabrics.


2, wool dyeing - fiber dyeing before yarn forming is the same as the purpose of bulk fiber dyeing, in order to obtain a soft mixing effect.

Wool dyeing is usually used for worsted yarns and woolen fabrics.


3, yarn dyeing - before dyeing, the yarn is dyed, usually used for yarn dyed fabrics, sweaters, or direct use of yarn (sewing thread, etc.).

Yarn dyeing is the foundation of dyeing and weaving.

There are three ways of dyeing conventional yarns: (1) twist yarn dyeing - loosely twisted yarn is immersed in a special dyestuff, which is the most expensive dyeing method; secondly, the yarn of cheese dyeing and cheese dyeing is wound on a perforated tube, and then many of the packages are packed into the dyeing cylinder, and the dye is circulated, and the effect of bulking and softness are not as good as that of the hank dyeing.

The warp shaft dyeing is a large scale roll dyeing. Before weaving, the warp shaft (Warp) is first made, and the yarn of the whole warp shaft is dyed.

Because it is a warp shaft, it is suitable for weaving dyeing.

However, with the emergence of the warp shaft, we can make the yarn on the warp shaft into the yarn, and the yarn will be more widely used. For example, most of the indigo blue dyeing methods can only be well solved by using the warp shaft dyeing. If there is no warp shaft, it will be difficult to achieve.

4, piece dyeing - the method of dyeing the fabric is piece dyeing. The usual methods are rope dyeing, jet dyeing, rolling dyeing, pad dyeing (not tie dyeing) and warp dyeing.

5, clothing dyeing - put the garments into nylon bags, pack a series of bags into the dye vat, and continue stirring in the dye vat (paddle dyeing machine).

Garment dyeing is more suitable for knitted socks, T-shirts and most other knitted garments, sweaters, trousers, shirts and some other simple garments.

The application prospect is very optimistic.

Due to the successful application of new polymer materials and the decrease of their commercial cost, the new adhesive can be dyed in large area with appropriate methods even with silk fabrics. The finished products are similar to dyed printing or dyeing, and the effect of the super softness has been enlarged.


Special printing: technology is further developed and perfected, including stereoscopic printing, gold and silver powder printing, pearlescent printing, scintillating printing, imitation rotten printing, reflective coating printing, foil printing, coating cover printing, night flower printing, diamond printing, color changing printing, etc.


Imitation rotten printing: a special pigment printing paste developed in foreign countries (Japan, Italy, Germany) and printed on fabric to form plucent effect.

The main component of this printing paste is polyurethane, which can be used in Pai Si fabric, cotton yarn, nylon 66 and wool fabric. It can be used either on the white floor or on the color ground, which can increase the variety of the fabric.

Metal foil printing: in recent years, it is very popular in the domestic and foreign markets. It is used to make women's tops or skirts, Arabia women's scarves and so on.

Its technology is not very complicated, but a key special adhesive needs to be imported and expensive.

At present, the adhesive has been successfully produced, and the effect is similar to that of import. The cost is only 2/3.


Pigment cover printing: also known as imitation discharge printing, refers to the direct printing of paint in the dyeing fabric to obtain a similar discharge printing effect.

Pigment cover printing is divided into white cover and color cover printing. The former technology is more mature and has many applications. Although the latter product is suitable for the market, it often fails to solve the problem of covering color of the earth and the color or handle when mixing with the color coating, especially the phenomenon that the large red phase is often distorted.

The solution should be high quality adhesive, with the lowest color distortion of the bottom powder to make the printing paste, which can be printed on the deep dyed fabric with a soft feel and good fastness.


Or the effect of glinting metallic luster on light fabric, such as the fabric of gown, is a new development in improving the technology of dyeing and finishing of textiles. In addition to the active application of continuous dyeing (pad dyeing) and coating dyeing (dyeing and dyeing), some new processes suitable for fashion and market have been developed in recent years, that is, one step fixation of pigment printing and dyeing, namely, dyeing, drying, printing and baking, and one step dyeing and finishing of fabrics (i.e., after dyeing, drying of fabrics through the process of resin, waterproof, water repellent, flame retardant, coating and so on), which can greatly shorten the process flow, save energy and have a bright future. Scintillating printing: it is printed on fabric with flashing metallic luster pattern. It can be used in some pile fabrics.
