Jin Jianhua, general manager of the National Committee of CPPCC and general manager of Shanghai Pei Luo Meng suit company, said in the panel discussion that the product design of China's textile industry is now generally in the first tier cities like Shanghai, and processing in the field, for national sales.

In addition, Jin Jianhua said, at present, many textile mills can not go on the main reason is that prices of raw materials have risen year by year, and costs have increased steeply.

Secondly, the rise in labor costs is that workers used to be afraid of bosses and were afraid of being fired. Now the other way round is that employers are afraid to see workers and fear workers to resign.

Now labor cost is very high, including dormitory environment, supporting facilities and so on.

In addition, there is a relationship between the concept of labor intensive industries and the concept of some migrant workers. Many people think that these industries are not developing. This is a change from the concept.

If factories fail to recruit people, they will lead to a decline in output or even a fall in exports.


Jin Jianhua suggested that three contradictions should be dealt with well. First of all, the contradiction between the service industry and the manufacturing industry is different because of the development foundation and historical origin. Therefore, it is the main problem to have a correct matching ratio and upgrade the manufacturing industry.


Second, to deal with the relationship between output and quality, we must work hard in terms of product quality. For example, the Zegna brand of foreign men's clothing has developed well. The boss of Zegna once told me that their total output was not much.

And our textile and garment factories feel that foreigners are just like the British people who evaluate Americans like an upstart.

Therefore, the urgent need for pformation is to improve the quality of textile industry and develop brand culture.


Third, the relationship between specialization and diversification has made many categories of textile and clothing. Now there are more than ten thousand garment factories across the country, but few of them can find subdivision of products.


Yang Minde, vice chairman of the board of the CPPCC National Committee and Hongkong Yida group, said: "foreign countries occupy the market by technology. We can rely on technology to occupy the market.

Take a white shirt as an example. The former material is made of pulp and rayon. It will be yellow in the afternoon if you just wear it.

But now, the use of nano technology, raw materials are high-quality cotton in Xinjiang, to avoid the yellow shirt, which has a direct relationship with technology.


In addition, Yang Minde also believes that the traditional industries such as textile industry should be pformed. The traditional manufacturing competitiveness is still dependent on cheap labor, and labor-intensive industries have great influence on migrant workers.
