Huicheng Before May Leather Fur Industry Profit Decline

Yesterday, reporters learned from the Huicheng Bureau of statistics, from 1 to May, the region's industrial enterprises gradually improved, the growth rate rose month by month, but corporate profits continued to decline, economic efficiency has declined.

According to introducing, before May Huicheng area above scale industry accumulative total industrial output value 55 billion 150 million yuan, grew 19% compared to the same period; in the 29 industry categories, the electronics industry has completed the total industrial output value 18 billion 40 million yuan, year on year growth 55.6%, the growth rate is the first place.

However, the growth rate of 15 industries is lower than that of the first quarter, mainly in traditional industries, such as food industry, plastic products industry and leather and fur industry.

From the perspective of profitability, 11 industries are losing money, such as food, beverages, textiles, clothing, furniture, paper making, cultural and educational supplies, rubber and so on.

As of May, the main reason for the decline in the profits of over half of the industrial enterprises in Huicheng district was the slow down and loss of traditional industries. Although the expansion of the pillar electronics industry has strongly stimulated the growth of production in the whole region, the overall profit space has been constantly squeezed under the rising cost environment.
