In May 29th, reporters from the general office of the Henan provincial government were informed that the basic pattern of Henan's industrial cluster development has initially taken shape. Henan will focus on 13 industries and create a group of "10 million" billion class superior industrial clusters.

According to the "tens of millions" billion level advantage industrial cluster cultivation project action plan issued by the general office of the Henan provincial government (hereinafter referred to as the "plan"), Henan will focus on building an advanced manufacturing industry province, with quality pformation, wisdom green and agglomeration innovation as the main line, integrate resources, optimize layout, and cultivate leading industries with regional characteristics.

By 2017, we plan to cultivate about 100 billion leading industrial clusters in Henan Province, and form about 100 billion industrial clusters in the county level. The main business revenue of equipment manufacturing and food industry has exceeded 1 trillion and 200 billion yuan, and the main business income of electronic information has reached 500 billion yuan. The main business income of automobile and parts, modern household and clothing and apparel industry has reached 400 billion yuan respectively, basically forming a new pattern of industrial development with reasonable industrial layout, prominent regional characteristics and obvious structural optimization. 20

The plan identifies 13 industries and industrial clusters in the future.

In addition to the 3 strategic emerging industries, such as electronic information, six high growth industries, bio medicine, energy conservation and environmental protection, and new materials, 4 industries, such as aluminum intensive processing, fine steel, gold deep processing and green chemical industry, are also the focus of industrial agglomeration in our province in the future.

The high end equipment and industrial clusters of the high-end equipment industry in the Jiaozuo area will build tens of billions of equipment manufacturing special industrial clusters, such as Kaifeng, Western China, Linzhou, Puyang, Pudong, Nanyang, hi-tech, Anyang new area, and tiger hill. In terms of automobile and spare parts industry, we will focus on the construction of Zheng Bian million automobile and Zhengzhou new (township) electric vehicle industrial clusters, and build tens of millions of special industrial clusters such as the tens of billions of special industrial clusters, such as "Jiyuan", "fraternity", "Shang Shang Ji", "Qi", "Shan Jin Shan" and "Yi Yi". For example, in the electronic information industry, we should focus on the construction of intelligent terminal (mobile phone) industrial clusters in Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Xinyang; in the equipment manufacturing industry, we will focus on the construction of modern equipment in Luoyang, Zhengzhou high-end equipment, and Zhongyuan Electric Valley smart grid equipment.

The plan announced the 22 billion billion level leadership in our province.
