The technological innovation capability has laid a solid foundation for the development of science and technology in the industry. The China Textile Industry Federation launched the basic research work of "textile light" in 2011.
This work focuses on supporting research institutes in universities, research institutes, and applied basic research in textile field, which is co operated with enterprises. It focuses on supporting basic research with foresight and long-term significance; interdisciplinary, integration and penetration of textile frontier technology research; and technology to lay the foundation for solving common and key technologies in the industry.
Over the past 7 years, the textile science and Technology Education Foundation has invested a lot of money in the research of key common technologies in the industry every year. However, a series of processes such as theoretical research, laboratory simulation, industrial practice and so on will ultimately lead to a breakthrough in the basic research project. This process often takes a long time.

According to Peng Yanli, director of the Ministry of science and technology development of China Federation of textile industry, 14 of the 25 projects currently implemented, 2017 of which have been submitted, 3 of them have submitted acceptance reports.
A total of 37 invention patents were granted, 13 were authorized, 66 papers were included in SCI/EI papers, and 37 in other papers. The task book requirements were well fulfilled, and progress in basic theory, key technology and engineering application research was made to varying degrees.

Among them, the influence of the aggregation structure of poly (PGA) fiber on its degradability is systematically studied.
The research results provide a theoretical basis for developing PGA spinning and one-step spinning technology, improving product performance, and preparing PGA fibers that meet the strength requirements of stitched wires. It provides a theoretical basis for the next step to acquire PGA fiber and suture independent intellectual property rights.
According to the advantages and disadvantages of polyester and polyamide two major chemical fiber products, starting from the internal relationship between polymer molecular structure and properties, the polymerization process of new polyamide ester is studied, and the advantages of the two chemical fiber polymers are complemented.
The new polyamide ester and its fibers prepared by the research results are suitable for all kinds of fabrics and home textiles, and have an exemplary role in improving the development and Simulation of functional fibers.
Health care, filtration, structural enhancement and other fields have made great progress.
Last year, in the field of basic research of health textiles, the research focused on biomimetic Silk Fibroin Materials for reconstruction of oral mucosa and active nanofiber nerve conduit for long distance nerve repair.
Among them, the "biomimetic silk fibroin material reconstructing oral mucosa" project innovatively uses salt formic acid to dissolve silk quickly and efficiently, while preserving the original nano fibril structure, and then preparing silk fibroin nanofiber material with excellent mechanical properties.
The effect of this material on repairing oral mucosa is similar to that of clinical skin and cowhide. It shows good prospects for medical application and provides a new scheme for the treatment of oral mucosal defects.
The regeneration process of silk protein is of great significance to the application of silk to the pformation from traditional textile to high and new technology.
Nerve conduit scaffolds have great potential in nerve repair. The active nanofiber nerve conduit is used in the long distance nerve repair research project. A series of in vivo and in vitro characterization of the nerve conduit scaffolds with imitating extracellular matrix structure were prepared by electrospinning.
Material Science
It can better promote nerve repair, and provide a new therapeutic scheme based on conductive polypyrrole for the repair of nerve tissue from material innovation. It provides a new research idea for peripheral nerve tissue repair from structural design.
In the field of filtration and separation, the research on preparation, structure control and membrane application of polyphenylene sulfide resin for hollow fiber membrane has been achieved in pilot research.
Polyphenylene sulfide membrane has achieved membrane filtration, acid base and organic solvent filtration, and high temperature waste gas purification or dust removal. It is a promising membrane material.
The future PPS membrane separation membrane output value can reach 1 billion yuan.
In the field of structural reinforced composites, good progress has been made in the structural control and performance study of polyimide fibers for wave pparent composites, and the preparation and key technologies of textile flexible composite spherical mobile inflatable antennas.
Wave pparent composite materials play an important role in modern radome, radome and other fields.
The preparation and key technology of textile flexible composite spherical mobile inflatable antenna have been set up. The pilot production line of terrestrial spherical inflatable antenna has been set up, which has established a theoretical and technological foundation for pilot production and industrialization of subsequent products, and guided industrial production.
The research on environmental protection dyeing has been effective, and some achievements have been made in the related research of textile machinery.
"The key technology research of reactive dyes, salt free, low alkali and high fixation rate dyeing" project, dyeing cotton fabric with reactive dyes in the ethanol / water system, without adding salt to the dyeing process, only adding 10% of the traditional dyeing alkali content can achieve or surpass the traditional dyeing rate and fixation rate, which is a green and environmental friendly dyeing method.
