This production line embodies the high level of intelligent development of cotton spinning industry in China.

At present, a large number of cotton textile enterprises in China, such as Jin Sheng, Huafu, Yida, Tianhong and Ruyi, have made investment and project layout in Xinjiang Kashi area, Akesu area, Bayinguoleng Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture, Urumqi City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture and so on. In recent years, the newly built cotton spinning enterprises in Xinjiang mostly used the spinning machines, such as ring spinning, airstream spinning and vortex spinning at home and abroad. The automatic spinning production line, advanced intelligent equipment and new spinning technology were widely used. At the same time, the quality and market competitiveness of textile enterprises in Xinjiang have been significantly improved to meet the demand of downstream high-end brand enterprises.

At present, the Xinjiang autonomous region is trying to create a new pattern of modern textile and garment industry with innovation driven, green LED, open and sharing. In the field of cotton spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing, home textiles and other fields, we will further improve the level of digitalization and intelligentization of technical equipment, and adopt new technologies and technologies to develop and produce more new textile products that meet the needs of the market and marketable, so as to enhance the strength and level of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry.

According to the Xinjiang textile and garment industry development plan (2018 to 2023), by 2023, Xinjiang will build a high quality cotton yarn production base with global competitive advantages. The largest textile export processing base in the western region and the distribution center for westward exports will further enhance the technological innovation capability and endogenous dynamism of the enterprises, improve the quality of products, improve the industrial development environment continuously, and enhance the overall strength and development level of the whole industry to achieve the strategic goal of driving millions of people to work.
