("Sunshine Group") about the pledge of share rights. The sunshine group gave the bank's Limited by Share Ltd Wuxi branch a pledge of 20 million shares (1.12% of the total share capital) of the company held by the company, which was sold in an unlimited sale of shares in September 16, 2019. In September 16, 2019, it registered the relevant pledge procedures at the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., and the pledge period was one year.
