It is reported that the first management standard for live broadcast salesmen formulated by Zhejiang Province -- "management specification for live marketing personnel in e-commerce" (Standard No. T / Zea 007-2020) has been officially released in recent days through project approval, organization, consultation, expert review, online publicity and other procedures.
It is reported that the "e-commerce live broadcast marketing personnel management specification" defines the terms and definitions of live e-commerce and e-commerce live marketing personnel, as well as the basic responsibilities of e-commerce live marketing personnel, and the qualifications that real name certification should meet. It is proposed that live broadcast salesmen should be familiar with and abide by laws and policies, and be familiar with live broadcast planning, scene construction and commodity selection The most important thing to do is to share a series of products.
"E-commerce live marketing personnel management specification" is the second standard after Zhejiang officially released the first live e-commerce field standard - "live e-commerce talent training and evaluation specification" (Standard No. T / Zea 006-2020) on June 30. It is also the first live broadcast salesman management specification in China.
In addition, the four live e-commerce group standards, including "e-commerce live broadcasting organization management and service specification", "live broadcast e-commerce training and skill evaluation specification", "live e-commerce basic terminology specification", "e-commerce live customer service specification", have been discussed by experts of Zhejiang provincial e-commerce Standardization Technical Committee on May 28, and passed the project demonstration of relevant standards. At present, it has entered the stage of soliciting opinions.
