Zhejiang Introduces The First National Standard For Live E-Commerce Industry
According to Xinhua news agency, Zhejiang Online Business Association recently formulated and issued the first national standard for live e-commerce industry, namely "management specification for live e-commerce", aiming to strengthen self-discipline of the live e-commerce industry and promote the healthy development of the industry.
It is reported that the group standard of "e-commerce live broadcast service specification" was officially released after soliciting opinions, expert review, online publicity and other procedures.
For example, the specification sets service standards for after-sales service. It is mentioned in the specification that in the after-sales service, the operators of e-commerce live broadcasting should accept the consumer's consultation and reply, deal with the customers' return and replacement service, refund service and complaints, and track the consumer's feedback until the completion of the handling. In terms of commodity display, the live broadcast operator should prepare the goods sold in advance to ensure that the sold goods can be displayed completely and clearly in the live broadcast, and the number of linked goods should be consistent with the actual stock of goods.
In addition, Zheng Jingquan, Executive Secretary General of Zhejiang e-commerce promotion association, said that there were a variety of bad behaviors in the e-commerce live broadcasting industry, especially the difficulty in safeguarding the rights of live broadcasting with goods after sale, which has become the focus of the industry. He suggested that consumers should keep relevant consumption evidence in time, complain to relevant platforms, and protect their legitimate rights and interests if they encounter obstacles from businesses.
It is worth mentioning that the State Administration of market supervision has previously promulgated the measures for the supervision and administration of online transactions (Draft for comments), further standardizing online trading activities and bringing new online trading formats such as live webcast with goods into the scope of supervision. The method is clear: live network with goods must provide a look back function, online stores must not be through the deletion of bad reviews, praise front and other ways to mislead consumers.
