As Of March 15, 2021, Vietnam'S Textile Exports Fell Sharply

According to the statistics of Vietnam General Administration of customs, as of March 15, 2021, Vietnam's total textile exports reached 5.75 billion US dollars, a decrease of US $200 million compared with the same period in 2020.

From January to February 2021, Vietnam's main textile export countries all decreased, with the largest export amount to the United States, with the amount of US $2.2 billion, a decrease of 3% compared with the same period in 2020, accounting for 49% of Vietnam's textile export value; the export value to Japan reached 490 million US dollars, a decrease of 14%; the export to the EU region reached 440 million US dollars, a decrease of 6.6%.
