Recently, a seminar on interpretation of new down garment standards jointly held by China down industry association and Guangzhou inspection and testing certification group was held in Beijing. The meeting analyzed the assessment requirements of the new standard of down clothing, aiming to improve the quality control ability of enterprises and explore the future development trend of down industry.

At the meeting, Yao Xiaoman, chairman of China down industry association, analyzed the development trend of down industry in China, and introduced the key work of the industry, as well as the current situation and development trend of down market in China and the main problems existing in down market at home and abroad. The report points out that at present, China's down industry has achieved remarkable results in high-quality development, and the trend of reduction and quality improvement is obvious. However, the industry still faces many problems and challenges, such as animal welfare, fake production areas and quality control. To this end, the association has established a third-party public service platform - "global down traceability system", which is jointly participated by all parties in the industry chain, focusing on solving the problems of down origin labeling, quality control, etc., to ensure the safety and traceability of the whole down industry chain.

Zheng Zhaohe, deputy director of Customer Service Department II of Guangzhou inspection group, explained the key points of the new standard change of down clothing in detail through cases and test data, and gave feasible suggestions for the next step quality control management of enterprises.
