Tongsheng Textile was founded in November 2020 with a total investment of 250 million yuan and a land area of 57 mu. It is a textile enterprise engaged in the integration of weaving, dyeing and sales of canvas fabrics such as bags and uppers. Xu Bing, the person in charge, said that Tongsheng Textile had an output value of more than 20 million yuan in the first quarter of this year, and the annual output value is expected to be more than 200 million yuan.

The development of enterprises has led to the employment of many local people. 70% of the more than 200 workers working in Tongsheng Textile are from surrounding villages and towns, and the popularity of orders has also made workers' "money bags" swell, with monthly wages ranging from 6000 yuan to 8000 yuan.

In the workshop of Bujiadi Garments Co., Ltd., another enterprise in the park, intelligent devices are also used in production. Only pieces of cloth hanging on a U-shaped production line are being transferred to each station in order. Workers take down the cloth, hang the cloth back to the transmission line after completing the corresponding process, press the control button, and then automatically transfer to the next station. At the top of each station, there is also a palm sized display screen, recording the process and output of workers.

"This is the garment hanging production line. All processes from cutting to finished products can be completed here, reducing manual handling, realizing the informatization and efficient operation of the entire production process, and saving time and costs." Mo Lihua, the person in charge of Bujiadi Garments Co., Ltd., said that the company is currently installing two garment hanging production lines, which are expected to be put into use in a month.
