It took about 3 days to get the testing results. Now, thanks to the above testing centers, local enterprises can check the quality in advance.

In 2020, Lanxi established a joint mechanism of party building in the textile industry. With the support of the local party committee of the textile industry, Zhejiang Xinlan Textile Company invested 12 million yuan to purchase 200 sets of professional equipment and build a new textile inspection and testing laboratory, aiming at the pain point of weak inspection and testing ability in the industry and combining its own testing needs.

It is understood that the testing center is equipped with water washing testing laboratory, flame retardant function laboratory, instrument analysis room, medicine room, darkroom, fabric mechanics function laboratory, yarn analysis and testing laboratory, etc., and more than 10 technicians with years of testing experience.

"Taking yarn as an example, the content of black silk and white silk can be accurately obtained through testing, and suppliers can judge whether this batch of yarn is qualified according to the data, as well as the later processing method." Wen Xiaofeng, director of the testing center, said that most of the enterprises coming to test are products with abnormal quality. Therefore, the testing center not only provides data for enterprises, It will also help analyze the causes of problems and actively give advice for enterprises to improve product quality. Up to now, the testing center has served more than 40 textile enterprises in Lanxi and provided 162 testing services.
