The First National "Red Flag Cup" Class Leaders Competition Concluded The Semi-Finals Of The Light Industry Track

From July 10 to 12, the first National "Red Flag Cup" Team Leader Competition light industry track semi-final was held in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. 200 contestants from 26 enterprises including National Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd., Shandong China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd., and Black Peony (Group) Co., Ltd. participated in the semi-final. Relevant leaders of the All China Federation of Trade Unions and main responsible comrades of the Sichuan Federation of Trade Unions attended the opening ceremony of the competition.

Focusing on the theme of "cultivating excellent team leaders and jointly building a dream of manufacturing power", the light industry track semi-final highlights "intelligent transformation, cost reduction and efficiency increase, human-computer integration", and focuses on the general management knowledge and professional technical ability of team leaders. The competition has three links: management innovation, theoretical examination, and achievement display. The contestants show their innovative achievements by submitting management innovation plans, theoretical answers, and PPT to compete with each other in terms of management ability, theoretical level, and innovative achievements. After fierce competition, 40 players won the prize and 160 players won the excellent prize. The winners of the prize will be promoted to the final of the first National "Red Flag Cup" Class Leaders Competition.

The semi-finals of the light industry track will combine the competition with cultivating excellent management talents, promoting team construction, publicizing team culture, and mining excellent innovation achievements. During the preparation and implementation of the semi-finals, the industry elite team models such as "Zhao Mengtao Group" and "Hao Jianxiu Group" will be displayed through online and offline centralized publicity. The 40 outstanding players selected in the second round of the competition established a league of team leaders in the light industry to further strengthen mutual learning and exchange.
