At the same time, the public service system is also more perfect.

When they exported $5 million worth of containers before, they could not declare in Beihai in time because they were too large. They had to re export to Nanning customs.

Now they can declare directly from Beihai, and customs services are also more efficient.

The development of industrial parks in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is like a growing "child". Although there are various shortcomings, if we give it the opportunity, we will see the future of development.

In fact, Hui Ying (Guan Quan) shoe industry is one of the shoe industry projects of Taiwan Maas group.

Many enterprises in the Industrial Park reflect that the matching of upstream and downstream industrial chains is not perfect, and there is no industrial agglomeration. Instead of saving costs for enterprises, they restrict the development of enterprises to a certain extent. But why are they still happy to invest in the Guangxi northwest Gulf Economic Zone?

"Seize opportunities, face ASEAN, low labor costs, preferential policies, and strong government support" are the most frequent words in the interview.

Chen Zhongguang, director of the administrative department of Taiwan Maas group, said that the labor cost in Dongguan is increasing, which has brought great pressure to the enterprises.

At the beginning, the labor cost of Guangxi and Hunan was lower than that of Dongguan, which was around 800 yuan per person.

Lei GUI Cheng said that many opportunities are silent when coming. In order not to regret the future, they are going to set up a 4S store in Qinzhou and slowly cultivate the market.

They believe that after one or two years, this "treasure land" will develop, and the present decision will not be wrong.

The advantage of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi lies not only in "low labor cost and good location", but also in drawing lessons from the development experience of advanced areas so as to achieve "skip" and attract "phoenix" to "nest and lay eggs" in the mountain area.

"Many enterprises in Dongguan are ready to go to Guangxi to work hard."

Chen Zhongguang said that Guangxi's backwardness advantage is very obvious.

However, the practice of renting houses in a small village in the Pearl River Delta in the same year led to the irrational industrial layout and serious environmental pollution.

As a post developing area, Guangxi can learn from Guangdong's experience and avoid similar situations.

On the 15 day held in the construction of the key industrial park in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, Chen Ruixian, deputy director of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Planning and Construction Management Committee and executive deputy director of the office, said that at present, the industrial parks in Guangxi are carrying out their own services according to their specific conditions, and there is no unified management mode.

However, the government will make a scientific plan for the park, and guide the pformation of the park from "centralized operation of enterprises" to "concentrating on industry". Each park will cultivate one to two leading industries, and the key parks will become the main positions of industrial clusters.

However, enterprises need to prepare ahead of time, communicate with people of the CMC and understand relevant policies.

"The enterprise in the industrial park is more scattered because the foundation of Guangxi is thin and the foundation is poor."

Gao Ge said that Guangxi is now facing great opportunities. First of all, there should be "eggs" after the "chicken". First, we should set up the platform for the industrial park, and then develop professional industrial parks and key industrial parks.

At present, in order to fully implement the strategy of major industrial development, Guangxi has made great efforts to make the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone industry bigger and stronger. 29 key industrial parks have been planned and constructed, among which 11 are supported by the autonomous region.

We should give priority to the management system, land, capital, policies and investment promotion, and promote the development of industrial parks in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone with ultra conventional measures.
