Return Plant Rate For Spring Wear

The excitement of the Spring Festival has not yet dissipated, and many business owners have started a headache for recruitment.

Recently, the Australian reported that two hundred million people would return to factories in southern and eastern China after the Spring Festival. But after the holidays, these workers did not set foot on the road to return to the factory, but chose to find another job near their hometown.

Wang Hailong, manager of Propaganda Department of AOKANG group, said that at present, many small businesses return less than 50%.

Market changes: after the festival, recruitment companies call "thirsty".

"The Pearl River Delta is short of work every year, the most panic this year", "labor shortage after Jiangcheng holidays" and "900 yuan can not recruit odd jobs". After the Spring Festival, Dezhou is now experiencing labor shortage and "labor shortage is bothering Ningbo business development".

The Spring Festival holiday has just ended. First, it is "labor shortage".

In the spontaneous labor market of Shenyang road in Qingdao, a garment factory owner said that the factory gap was not small this year, and he was afraid that he could not recruit workers. But he found that more people were recruited than people looking for jobs in the market.

wages

It is up and up, and every wage is three hundred or four hundred yuan higher than the budget.

Mr. Tong, who lives in Zhang Da Zhuang Township, Ningjin County, Shandong Province, is not easy. He not only takes time to make the order products personally, but also has to borrow the opportunity of visiting friends and relatives, and then recruit workers and Napu. "The first sentence is to pay New Year's greetings." the second sentence is, "the factory is short of manpower and suitable."

Information from the labour market in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan and other Pearl River Delta cities shows that in the area where the country's nearly 1/3 migrant workers are accepted, the rate of labour market seeking is between 1:1.14 and 1:1.51, that is, each job seekers have more than 1 posts vacant.

Enterprise tracking: attracting a fellow townsman to reward 150 yuan

"How many people, how many people do we want," said Liu Xiaojie, director of human resources at xingxiong company in Dongguan. In the past year or two, recruitment began to be tense, and labor shortage was even more severe after the Spring Festival.

Liu Xiaojie said, as a factory for many luxury brands to do foundry, they need more people, especially now there is a lack of assembly line workers.

Wang Hailong, manager of the Propaganda Department of AOKANG group, said that 80% of AOKANG's workers went home a year ago.

So, after, there were 100-200 people in the gap, but he thought it would be very good to control it.

Wang Hailong said that the general labor shortage has a relatively large impact on the small businesses of 500-600 people. In Wenzhou, the return rate of some small businesses is less than 50%.

He said that only 60% of the factory's return rate would affect production, and only when the return rate reached 80% could it be justified.

Wang Hailong said that in order to solve this situation, some bosses gave their employees "prescribed tasks" before the holidays. When they returned home for the Spring Festival, they brought a fellow townsman back to the factory and brought a prize of 150 yuan.

Why: the rise of factories in the mainland challenges coastal enterprises

Why is there such a large scale?

Labor shortage

"In the final analysis, it is the low income and low profit of the domestic processing market at present," Xie manager of Xingtai garment processing plant in Zhuhai District of Guangzhou city has just hit the nail on the head.

He said, before everyone said "get rich to Guangdong", and now, the most serious shortage of labor is Guangdong's enterprises.

With the rise of more and more processing factories in the mainland, the traditional advantages of the coastal areas are becoming less obvious. Why do they have to pay their salaries at home or nearby factories?

In order to snatch workers, including Beijing, Jiangsu, Guangdong and other provinces and municipalities, the minimum wage standard is raised this year. Shanghai will raise its minimum wage by about 10% in April on the basis of 1120 yuan monthly salary.

In the area where the latest minimum wage has been introduced, Beijing is 1160 yuan, and Jiangsu (Nanjing, Suzhou, etc.) has reached 1140 yuan.

Guangdong (Guangzhou, Foshan, etc.) will reach 1300 yuan from March 1st. As for Shenzhen, the minimum wage will reach 1320 yuan, higher than other cities in Guangdong, and will continue to maintain the highest level in the country.

Australians report that severe wage shortages will increase wages, and economists expect wages to rise by 15%-20% every year in the next few years.

Impact analysis:

Spring clothes

One week after listing

As for the possible impact of labor shortage on the market, Xie, manager of Xingchao garment processing factory, said that it is now in season for spring and summer clothing production, and the listing of spring costumes and the continuous increase of orders have more pressure on factory production.

A shipment of 300 pieces can be completed in less than a week, and now it will take at least two weeks. This will delay the listing time of the order spring suit (such as Taobao orders, market clothes and so on) for a week.

Xie said, in addition to production pressure, workers can not recruit, can only increase the salary of people, which also makes the production costs continue to increase, and the additional cost is not only partly pferred to buyers, but also partly by the factory itself.

"The price is too high, no one will buy it".

Xie told reporters that the cost of manpower has increased, and cloth has gone up again. Now the profit of producing a garment is getting lower and lower.

Autumn winter clothing or affected

AOKANG's Wang Hailong believes that because of the current cross season orders, the labor shortage may also affect the production of autumn and winter products. However, due to the long time, the impact will not be great.

"But it is inevitable that the workers will come back to work overtime after the next year."
