The principle is that the length of the main body of the fiber decreases and the direction of the scale is smaller.
Second, after optimizing the design of the separation roller mechanism, the lap ratio of the cotton bushes increased by 6.77 percentage points. When the combing speed was 400 clamp times / minutes, the CV value of the combed sliver decreased from 3.87% to 3.32%. The separation roller movement law was more reasonable, and the motion speed and acceleration correspondingly decreased, and the running stability of the whole machine was also improved.
Third, the combing machine adopts three upper five lower curve drafting mechanism, and the combing sliver can maintain a good level when the combing speed is less than 400 times / minute and the drawing ratio is small, but the adaptability to the high speed is poor. In fact, when the temperature is high and the relative humidity is low, the moisture content is not necessarily low, and the temperature is not related to the moisture content. They represent the two independent parameters of the air. In the high temperature and high humidity season, the air is very humid, the raw material moisture regain is higher, and the appropriate temperature increase can reduce relative humidity. During the spinning process, the moisture regain of the semi-finished products should be controlled, and the combing process should be gradually lowered from the sliver to the combing process, so that the combing process is in a state of moisture release. This will not only help comb production, but also reduce the fluctuation of the noil rate and stabilize the yarn quality. When the amount of water vapor in the air is too high, the relative humidity can be significantly reduced by raising the temperature greatly. At this time, although the temperature and humidity data are still changing on the moisture content line such as I-D diagram, there is still a possibility that the production can not be produced normally, and may cause the bigger fluctuation of the noil rate of comber. Therefore, it is necessary to install a set of dehumidifier equipment in the high temperature and high humidity season and improve the dehumidification capacity of the combing room.
